We've only got about a month and a week of school left!!
To finish out April, we are meeting with our buddies today (Friday the 22nd) and one day next week to complete an Earth Day paper mache Earth.
Also, our first day of AIR state testing for Math is Friday the 29th.
Part 2 of Math will be Monday, May 2 and Science will be Wednesday, May 4 and Friday, May 6.
Our next big event that we are working hard in class to prepare for is the Elementary's Art Night on Thursday, May 12.
The first artist the fifth grade chose is Norman Rockwell. Our class is reenacting some of Mr. Rockwell's paintings in modern times.
The second artist we chose is Claude Monet. For this, each student will complete a watercolor painting.
